Wakeboarding

I go wake boarding often and thinking about trajectory of objects reminds me of being in the air when I wake board. I have to start outside the wake and greatly increase speed and angle moving towards the wake. At my greatest speed i hit the wake and launch into the air. My vertical speed increasingly slows to zero when I it the peak of my jump then i return back to the water in hopes of a soft landing. The horizontal speed at which I hit the wake stays constant until I land back on the water. Physics is greatly influential on how I wake board and what i can do. Physics can be fun!!!!!!
